Since 2013, the world of electronic dance music has mourned the loss of one its modern greats. The Swedish trio played out a very successful career since 2005, but decided to call it a day in March 2013 following their ‘One Last Tour’.
Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso were the producers who formed the group, and have since succeeded healthy careers in going solo. Axwell and Ingrosso continued to produce music as a duo, releasing 5 singles under the name ‘Axwell Ingrosso’.
But what have we here? Is this a sign of things to come? 
Just before 6pm (GMT) today (December 8th) the group’s official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/swedishhousemafia/) updated their cover photo.
The action has been the first piece of activity from the group’s social media page since January 2014, when they updated their last profile picture.
Fans and speculators alike suspect the possibility of a comeback announcement within the coming weeks. But for now, we’ll just have to listen to the growing rumour mill and wait in anticipation.
