A1 Coaching – The Home of Irish Cycling

Founded in 2013 by former Irish pro-cyclists Anthony Walsh and Aaron Buggle, A1 Coaching is an internationally recognised coaching company focused on improving performances of cyclists and triathletes.

We pride ourselves in our knowledge and experience in the field of sport and fitness, as well as our understanding of clients’​ needs and capabilities. We are also renowned for our active media presence by developing and broadcasting cycling related content on a daily basis.

While we work extensively with each individual client in order to reach their maximum potential, our coaching philosophy is to ensure that every part of the experience is enjoyable as we work with athletes in a light-hearted and professional manner.

My role

As the CCO of A1 Coaching, I share a great amount of responsibility for our image, reputation and presence within our community. We work tirelessly to maintain a constant stream of entertaining and informative content to the highest standard at our disposal.

As Ireland’s largest cycling coaching and online entertainment platform, we have a fundamental responsibility to provide both Irish cyclists and fans with the recognition and services they deserve.

During my time working with the A1 team, I have had the opportunity to greatly improve and expand my skill-set, benefiting both myself and the A1 community.
